Why have we have chosen to create a new way to sell and list Real Estate? 

Actually this isn't the first time we lead the way and others followed. We were once a Company with 52 sales people involved not only in the listing and selling of Real Estate in Orlando and Central Florida, but also involved in construction and second mortgages. We were the listing Real Estate firm for several developers. 

I came to New Smyrna Beach when there wasn't a single condominium and I loved the area. We've returned and purchased a home. I became a sales associate 45 years ago. Call Ernie started with my wife who usually stated when there was an unusual request... Call Ernie!

We decided that we wanted to offer people what they wanted from "For Sale by Owner" to "Listing with Us" to sell their home. No matter what choice you make you'll get the same courtesy and service. If you want to try to sell your home [by owner] we'll place your home on our website for a small fee. We'll upload the photographs and you send us a paragraph describing your home with your phone number. It will truly be a For Sale by Owner with just the right amount of help from us. 

We won't stop there. We will use various selling and listing methods to help you promote the sale of your home. If you decide you want further help once a buyer is found we 'll arrange various fees to help you close the sale. If not, and you feel you can do it yourself we'll suggest what steps you should take once you have a contract. We'll, more or less, give you a map to the end of the process to the closing.

Should you decide you want us to do everything for you and list your home we'll list your home for 5% and share the commission equally with all other Real Estate offices should they find a buyer.

If you live in another City, or here, and want Ernie to represent you personally and help you find a home there are two options. You can agree to hire us and agree to pay a very reasonable fee, or you can use our services just like all other Real Estate offices.

We're offering choices and once you meet with us you'll see just how flexible the various options are. We have listed just two comments because they pretty much explain how we treat our clients.
